Every project begins with a consultation in the space being renovated. Please see the enclosed In-home consultations” Sheet for more information

2. Designing your custom solution
Our design professionals use state-of-the-art CAD-based software to quickly generate an accurate proposal for how we can accomplish your renovation project. We will review the proposal with you in your home or renovation space to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.

3. build the budget
We will present you with a detailed budget that illustrates all aspects of the project including timelines and dollar cost. These numbers will help you determine how best to spend your renovation budget.

4. finalizing the details
Once the first three steps are completed and agreed upon we will present you with a formalized proposal which will include the final design plans, design cost and payment plan.
